The pre-design phase represents the starting point of every project, during which the client’s wish list and the characteristics of the property are analyzed and organized to establish the conceptual foundation of the project. The purpose of this phase is to transform the client’s requirements and preferences into a realistic and feasible design framework.
The concept design phase is where the project begins to take shape. At this stage, our team transforms the client’s requirements and the insights gathered during the pre-design phase into concrete solutions, balancing safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
The technical drawings phase, also known as Builder’s Drawings or Detailed Drawings, provides the precise documentation needed by the contractor to bring the project from concept to reality. At this stage, every aspect of the design is translated into clear, actionable instructions for construction.
For projects situated outside of Romania, it is imperative to engage with a qualified local architect or professional who is well-versed in the specific regulatory framework and permitting procedures of the country and municipality where the project is to be executed.
The architect’s primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the client and the contractor, offering expert guidance and oversight to ensure the project is executed with precision, maintaining the integrity of the design vision while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
