ABOUT THE PROJECT

The design of a contemporary house located at the intersection of two streets, with mandatory garage access provided from the secondary street. The design brief required the development of a 'timber frame' structure with functionalities established by the client's demands within the competition. All ground floor spaces feature direct street access. The setbacks from the property boundaries are part of the local building code requirements.
