ABOUT THE PROJECT

A contemporary residential design characterized by expansive ground-floor spaces opening generously toward the terrace, swimming pool, and fire pit, creating a fluid indoor–outdoor relationship. The upper level is organized around an interior walkway that connects the private sleeping areas. The project is completed by a five-car garage and generously proportioned interiors defined by a refined, minimalist aesthetic.
